Drop Zone
Your rescue pod carries two passengers and your fuel tank is small. The safest route is the one you plan before you touch the throttle.
Rotate, burn, coast and settle onto lit landing pads. Pick up stranded passengers, drop them at their named destinations, and use blue refuel checkpoints to keep the mission alive. Rock is always deadly, and nothing levels the pod for you.
Start at Rescue Command with campaign flight 01. Earn bronze or better to unlock the next of 20 seeded courses, try the daily flight (new each day at midnight UTC), or go back to the original canyon. An automated pilot test-flies every course with normal controls before you launch, so you'll see a short progress message while it's prepared.
Optional side jets and a pausable Flight Lab let you experiment. Tuned runs count as practice and don't unlock campaign medals.
Controls
- A/D or left/right arrows: rotate
- W, up arrow or Space: thrust
- J: toggle side jets; Q/E: slide sideways
- C: go back to your last checkpoint after a crash; R: start the run again
- Escape: flight menu (resume, restart, choose a flight, home); M: home
- T: Flight Lab; L: landing assist
Click inside the game to give it keyboard focus. Land slowly and upright, and let go of thrust after touchdown before you take off again. Switching away pauses your flight; choose Resume or press Escape when you're ready.
Early release notes
This early release is built for desktop keyboard and needs WebGL 2. Browser play is still being tested, so if it won't start, please tell us your browser and operating system.
Sound starts after your first click or key press. Master, music and effects volumes are set separately under Audio and in the pause menu. Your best times are saved in this browser only and can disappear if you clear site data. There's no cloud save or online leaderboard.
Credits
An early release from Tinmut Games, designed, developed, playtested and iterated by Dave Pengelley, with AI coding agents assisting on the code, art and audio.
The rock and crystal sprites were made with Terrier, Tinmut's procedural asset tool, and everything else is drawn in code. The flight sounds are original and the menu music is a newly synthesised classical motif. Made with Godot 4.6.3. Credits and engine licences are included in the build.

landing has to be gentle, like really gentle.....

couldn't "copy result"
thanks! Made an update to fix the copy issue and highlight if you scored a medal.
Landing is tough, but that’s part of the old school challenge.
